Villa Rates
When private, luxury resort accommodations are in order, look no further than our beautiful Koro Sun Resort Villas. Available nightly or weekly at a discount, our villas offer the very best in Fiji vacation accommodations and amenities. All our luxury villas are located in our planned resort community high on a Rainforest hillside, overlooking the Koro Sea and the resort below.
Each villa has 3 bedrooms, designer kitchen, and grand view living rooms, each with an elegant swimming pool, spacious outdoor verandas and beautifully appointed tropical furnishings. Amenities include private electric cart for on-resort use only, stocked refrigerator, DVD & CD player with CD collection available, hairdryer, Pure Fiji products, iron/ironing board and tea & coffee facility.
Guests staying in the villas have use of all resort based non-motorized activities, housekeeping services, free airport transfers, 20% discount at resort restaurants and treatments at our Rainforest Spa. Private Chefs from the resort are available for a wide range of culinary desires for in-villa dining. All meals are included.

Rates are per couple (double occupancy), per night and a full continental breakfast. All rates shown are in US Dollars and exclusive of tax. Meal plan is available. Full American breakfast, three course lunch, afternoon tea and three course dinner. Adults $ 60 USD per person per day. Children $ 30 USD per child per day. One child under 12 years eats free with each paying adult.

Booking Conditions:
Prices are subject to change due to events beyond our control. No minimum stay required. Children are welcome at the resort all year round. Deposit of $ 500 USD per Bure is payable within 14 days of confirmation of booking. Non-payment of deposit may result in the release of Bure. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival or cancellation of booking may result.
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation notice must be received in writing by fax or email from the Reservation company, the receipt of which needs to be verified by Koro Sun Resort. More than 45 days, no cancellation fee. Between 45 days and 20 days, 50% cancellation fee, 20 days or less notice 100% cancellation fee. No shows or days not used due to premature departure: 100% cancellation fee.
Rates are valid to March 31, 2011 and exclude the 17.5% government tax. Rates may be subject to change due to events beyond our control.
