Koro Sun Resort Reviews

We stayed for 7 nights at Koro Sun from late June through to early July. Overall we had a great time at the resort & our daughters (almost 4 & almost 6) also thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
As with many of the Fijian resorts, it really is about the staff and the insight you get into their wonderful culture.
We were fortunate to attend the local school in a very small group and also visited the local village Sunday church service.
We stayed in the Edgewater Bure which was a really functional design, however for young children the door lock to the small landing & ladder to the ocean was opened by turning the knob (which meant we barricaded this door in the evenings for piece of mind). Great sunrises & sunsets off-set this slight detractor.
The food was varied and of a reasonable standard – there was less variety in the kids menu – after 4 trips to Fiji & the Fijian islands, food is not our key drawcard.
The Activities team was wonderful as were the massage & treatment sisters. All of the staff at Koro Sun are only to happy to help out.
We’d definitely return to Koro Sun and share some more of their wonderful culture & hospitality – it makes you reflect on the contribution you are making to your local community at home.

Room Tip: Edgewater Bures presented us with a good value proposition versus the likes of JMC.

Koro Sun Resort All Inclusive Resort Review

The Koro Sun Resort was amazing. A great place to remember why we fell in love in the first place. Clear clean water, beautiful snorkeling, balmy breezes, the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The staff were great, even in a tropical downpour, loud as a freight train, they kept the food and smoothies flowing for us. The clubhouse and restaurant filled our needs, the only complaint was too much food. This place is beautiful, when the moon is out, the tall palms swaying, just so romantic. The spa has to be experienced, a cascading stream flowing right by the table. We are coming back next year. We had plenty to do and the charm of Fiji will be remembered until we return.
